Floyd has a worship band ready and we'll pray together and say goodbye to everyone. Kids are welcome as well, just in case you weren't sure.

The time has come for our departure, so we'd love to celebrate with you. We'll have music, prayer, and time to visit.
So many people have asked what they can do for us and what we'll miss, so here's an idea. For the party we'll do a potluck with a little twist. We've made a list of our favorite snacks and treats that we won't have in Uganda. We would be so blessed if you would bring something to share with everyone. You can pick something from our favorites, or bring one of your own.

With only two weeks remaining until our departure, we are filled with mixed emotions. We are so excited to finally take this step and to see what God has in store. The reality of not seeing our friends and family for a long time is also sinking in, so there are some emotions with that. Of course, there are people who live right here that don't seem family more than every few years, so it's not that uncommon. There's the chaos of trying to get all the details in place. And the rush to try to squeeze in all the things that we want to do before we go. We will do our best to enjoy these last two weeks, and hope to see you at the party.
